These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website operated by San Diego Parents for Education (“the Committee,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is intended for users who are thirteen years of age or older. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The content of this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to the Committee and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this site:

• To impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• To transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code;

Donations are processed by a third-party payment platform and are subject to California campaign finance law, including contribution limits and disclosure requirements. Contributions to the Committee are not deductible as charitable donations. You must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident to contribute.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from them shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
